Private Waterfront Oasis With Kayaks & Cape Cod Charm

Escape to your own private slice of Cape Cod charm - without the long drive down the Cape. This private waterfront escape includes kayaks and paddleboards to explore scenic Buzzards Bay and a spacious waterfront yard and deck for lounging, surrounded by established gardens. After paddling or soaking up the coastal air, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Bring the family and still relax - we have two kid-sized kayaks, a tree swing, and a basketball court to keep kids and teens entertained while you unwind. With classic Cape Cod touches and a peaceful setting, this is your ideal spot to connect with nature and enjoy the water with family and friends — all just over an hour from Boston. Please note: an indoor bathroom is available on the second floor for guest use as needed. The on-site grill and firepit are not available for guest use at this time and we cannot provide towels. At low tide, the kayaks/ paddleboards may need to be carried a short distance across a grassy shoreline. Kayaks and paddleboards come with paddles and life jackets including kid-sized gear for younger paddlers (we have 3 youth 50-90 lb life preservers and 2 kid-sized kayak paddles).
