The backyard finished renovation in 2023 and features two water fountains, outdoor shower, beautiful tiles around the pool, it has an LED lighting over, surrounding, and in the pool which creates a unique vibe when it gets dark outside. It will all turn on automatically when it gets dark out. There’s a dart board, 4 lounge chairs, a spacious gazebo with a ceiling fan, smart TV, couch, chairs and table as well as a fire-pit area with chairs and umbrella for optional shading. The spa can be heated instantly, but without purchase of heating the temperature in both the spa and pool will be based on the weather.
