In September 2024 we tested the waters (pun intended) of opening our pool and yard up with 2 small bookings through Swimply. After those positive experiences for both ourselves and our guests we decided to continue in 2025. We'd love to host awesome memories for your family and friends as we've done for ours over the years. This large pool is perfect for large parties as well as more intimate gatherings. The pool is 1,000sf and features a shallow wet deck area for littles to play and lounging, a waterfall, slide and grotto. The pool is 8 feet deep on the waterfall end. The grotto has a table with bench seating. There is an additional table in the pool with bench seating. No jumping from rocks allowed. We have multiple life jackets of all sizes and several puddle jumpers for the little ones. Expansive 650sf covered patio with a 12 person dining table, a hightop bar table for 2 and a seating area with sectional and side chairs. Abundant uncovered patio space with an additional 6 person dining table with umbrella and hightop bar table for 2. There are Adirondack chairs for seating around the pool and in the pool wet deck area. There are multiple umbrella holes in and around the pool as well as stands for umbrellas wherever you desire in the yard. The surround sound system is inground all around the pool. You will be able to connect via Bluetooth to control both music selections and volume. The yard is 1/2 acre with a real grass area approximately 4,000sf perfect for large events/gatherings or just extra room to run and play. We have many fun items to enhance your gathering including a snow cone machine and foam trampoline add-ons. We often update our amenities offerings.
