Use Propane Grill & or Wood fire Grill

The propane grill is 8 burners making it perfect for bigger partys. The woodfire grill is great for longer parties and that wood fire taste, but keep in mind charcoal takes hours to get to peak temps. If either grill is broken in any way the host will be responsible for the replacement to the total cost of $600.00 per grill

Use of the Fire Pit Itself with Heat and Flame

This firepit is 3ft deep and 5ft round. 17ft in total. It can and does hold a larger space to gather and is perfect for a weekend night party full of smores and great laughs. If you choose to use this area, I am not responsible for any injuries that might occur. If you or your guests damage this area you will be held responsible for the replace cost up to $10k. This is brand new and I expect it to be taken care of. The fire pit area is a safe space when used correctly and responsibly. No one should be around a lit firepit alone. There are cameras on the property. Please act responsibly

Use of 24ft Projector & Screen

This projector is better used as the sun is almost set but is a great additon to a night party. If help is needed for the projector the owner will be on sight to set it up and explain proper use. If the projector or screen is damaged in any way, the host will be held resposible for the full cost of replacement at $1000.00 USD

Use of Gazebo & Serving Tables

This gazebo is a large gazebo with a wind mesh netting and curtains for privacy In the gazebo is: 2 -3ft drink container tables. They hold 14 rows of canned sodas each. 2- 8ft tables 1- 10ft table 1- 5ft table 1 - 4ft table Covers for the tables are your responsibility. Any damage to the tables or gazebo will result to the host being charged up to $2500 $500 for the tables and $2000 for the Gazebo. The tables are not to be stood on or have any human weight on them. They are for food and drink only.

I have so much more than what is pictured in these pics, so no matter how big or small your party is, I have you covered.

If you are having a bog gathering I know better than anyone how long it takes to make it just right for that someones special day so I do offer preparation hours for an additional fee

Night Party Additional Hours

If you want to stay past 1030pm, I get it! So I have created additonal hours for you to book. I will allow you to stay from 1030pm - 11pm for free. Call it a Thank you for booking with me bonus. From 11pm - 1am is paid time for every addtional hour.
