Private pool and backyard made for actually having a good time. Come swim, turn up the music, hang with friends, celebrate something, or just spend the day by the water. Comfortable, private and laid-back — book the space and enjoy it like it’s yours for the day.

There’s plenty of seating around the pool with lounge chairs and regular seating for hanging out in the sun or staying into the evening. We’ve also got a basketball goal right next to the pool 🏀, a charcoal grill, pellet smoker and two mini fridges to keep your drinks cold.

The backyard is private, so you and your guests can relax and have fun without feeling like you have to whisper. Music, cocktails, birthdays, celebrations and good times are welcome — just be respectful of the space and enjoy yourself.

You’ll have access to an indoor restroom during your booking. Need a full kitchen? The kitchen inside the house, just steps from the pool, can also be added to your reservation for an additional fee.

Great for birthday parties, team celebrations, girls’ days, date nights, adult get-togethers, night swims, family days or just an excuse to get everyone together.

Parking is easy with a long driveway, and you can pull your car right up near the pool, which makes unloading coolers, food and party supplies a lot easier.

Most importantly, I want you to have a good time while you’re here. If there’s something you need or something I can do to make your time better, just ask. If I can make it happen, I will.

No extreme loud music after 9pm on weekdays and after 12am weekends. This is out of respect for my neighbors. I have a ton of additional packages that you can add to your swim trip. Swim and enjoy at your own risk.
