Whether you’re planning a family pool day, birthday party, BBQ, baby shower, remote workday, or simply looking for a quiet place to unwind, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire outdoor space. Enjoy a large fenced swimming pool, covered gazebo with a TV and ceiling fan, spacious stone patio with outdoor dining, maintained lawn, fire pit, and plenty of room for kids and pets to play. Towels, floaties, and life jackets are available for your convenience, with seamless self check-in, ample on-site parking, and complete privacy, all you have to do is arrive and enjoy your day. Our space comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests. Available add-ons (additional fee): • Grill (guests provide propane) • Extra tables and chairs Please treat our property with the same care and respect you would your own home. For everyone’s safety, there is no access to the interior of the house, and security cameras monitor the exterior of the property only. House Rules: • Maximum of 30 guests • No entry into the house • Children must be supervised at all times • No urinating in the pool • No diving • No glass around the pool • Please clean up after yourselves • Pets are welcome but must be supervised and picked up after • Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours Safety First: For everyone’s safety, there is no lifeguard on duty. Please do not dive, run, or engage in horseplay. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests use the pool and property at their own risk and are responsible for the safety and behavior of everyone in their group. Thank you!
