All new concrete around the pool—much more comfortable on the feet, all new plaster and tile, new ladder at the deep-end and hand rail at the shallow-end steps. 😍 Additional new dry seating area in the shade. 😎 All new deck on the other side of the pool. Because the new finish on the pool must cure, we can't keep it as hot as we'd like (90 degrees) until late June. Until then, the pool will hover at 75-80 degrees. Crystal clear and beautiful, this pool beckons and will keep you entertained for hours. 43' by 31' at its widest, the pool has room for everyone to stretch out. Our guests have called our backyard "an oasis," "serene," a "hidden hideaway," "zen," "a gem," etc. Hot tub is included in the fee. We include the use of the newly remodeled bathroom with shower right off the pool in the house. Whether you want to chill with a few friends or party with the extended family, #BluePooltopia is here for you. Sometimes we block the pool for ourselves. If a time is not available, please reach out and we might be able to accommodate you. *Holiday Pricing: over the extended weekends like Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day the premium amenity of $20/hour applies.
