The pool area offers comfortable seating, including two lounge chairs, a sofa, and two swivel chairs, making it easy to relax while keeping an eye on the action. Looking for more than just a pool? Enjoy our combination pickleball and half-court basketball court! We provide four pickleball paddles and balls, and the removable pickleball net quickly converts the space into a basketball court with a basketball included. Solar lighting allows the games to continue well after sunset. Our fully equipped outdoor kitchen is designed for entertaining. It includes a propane grill, 36" Blackstone griddle (propane provided), gas fireplace, large serving counters, bar sink, mini refrigerator, Smart TV, ceiling fans, and multiple dining tables, including a 6-foot table, an 8-foot table, and a 4-foot table—perfect for serving food, use as a gift table, or dessert table. The property offers plenty of comfortable seating with two picnic tables by the sports court and two additional picnic tables near the outdoor kitchen.
