That leads to the patio & 2The BackYard Again! The Patio has ceiling fans and is set up with tables for your food & drinks. There is also a complimentary 5 gallon ice cold water dispenser available for extra thirsty guest😉. The patio spills open to the large open grassy area for canopies, tables, games, jumpers, picnic or just some where to throw a blanket and claim your place! Our Grassy area is large enough for 3-6 canopies with room left for Movement 😉 The pool is wrapped in a iron fence . We keep the gate open but if you'd prefer it closed during your booking, ie.. little ones, disabilities or other reason please lmk. The pool has a sitting water bench with an attached kiddie/non swimmer pool (non heating jacuzzi)😉. Enjoy the toys!! Plenty of seating, lounging & Shade Available. * Plenty of shade umbrellas in the pool area. There is 2 Canopies available for shade. Please bring additional canopies if needing more** * Accessible RESTROOM via garage. ** Table seating for 8 available per Rental $12 & 24hr notice needed for my vendor Or Bring Your Own.*please inquire your selection *More great things & changes to come as we grow 🥰 🥳🥳 Perfect for: Kids birthday parties . Family BBQs . Summer hangouts . Content days . Celebrations of all kinds Weekends & holidays are primarily reserved for events (11+ guests, 3+ hours). Smaller groups are welcome-please message before booking and we may be able to accommodate.
