During the summer months, the pool temperature is typically around 75°F (May-October) which many guests still find comfortable for swimming. For those looking for a refreshing cold plunge experience, the water can be around 65°F during the winter months (October-April). Unfortunately, the pool is not currently heated. As dusk falls, the outdoor movie screen comes alive—perfect for swim-up movie nights, game-day screenings, or family classics under the stars. 🍿🎬 Our space offers the kind of flexibility ideal for birthday parties, girls’ night out, or simply a relaxing daycation. Set up your own playlists via quality outdoor speakers and take advantage of to set the vibe. Sip your favorite drinks poolside—alcohol is welcomed for guests 21+ responsible for their parties. String lights and thoughtfully placed patio features create a tranquil, atmospheric backdrop, ensuring your event feels cozy yet elevated. We care for your privacy with secure perimeter fencing and external security cameras for peace of mind (no interior surveillance). To respect the privacy of our residence, restroom access inside the home is not available during bookings. For your convenience, we can arrange a clean, private portable restroom rental to their reservation for an additional fee. Alternatively, a public restroom is located at the park directly across the street, just a short walk away.
