DJ allowed, but with only 1 speaker set up. I have a very large loud speaker available to use for no charge if needed.
Brand New 20 x 40 pool built in 2025. Stadium Steps in shallow side. Brand New pavers. Newly seeded and leveled grass lawn. This 1/2 acre of land can host a large bouncy castle and we will be putting the trampoline back out this week. Many new patio couches and chairs to comfortable seat 50 ppl.
