Plush lounge chairs and shaded seating let you tailor your sun-and-chill ratio, while the stylish hangout zone elevates your day from pool party to luxury retreat. No need to worry about the basics—we provide towels, pool toys for all ages, and both lounge and standard chairs. A BBQ grill offers the ideal setup for epic meals under the pergola, plus a cooler for keeping snacks and drinks frosty all day. Enjoy lush views and a peaceful, private setting with only the homeowner able to see into the space (windows remain covered for added privacy). For added comfort, we may also be able to offer access to a small guest restroom inside the home during your visit when we are available onsite—especially helpful for families with little ones. We kindly ask that guests message us through the app if needed, as restroom access is a courtesy and may not be available for every booking. Turn up your playlist (loud music is A-OK), sip your favorite drink (alcohol's allowed), and embrace easygoing house rules: play, relax, treat it as your own—and kindly respect pets, property, neighbors, and the no-glass/smoking in pool policy.
