The layout offers both open space and defined areas to enjoy the day—whether you're lounging by the water, letting kids play in the yard, or gathering in one of the shaded seating areas. In the evening, soft lighting transforms the space into a more relaxed, ambient setting ideal for winding down.

For guests looking to elevate the experience, a full outdoor kitchen is available as an add-on. Unlike typical backyard setups, this is a complete cooking space designed for real use—perfect for grilling, preparing meals, and hosting comfortably.

This is a private, well-maintained environment intended for small groups and relaxed gatherings. We focus on providing a clean, comfortable, and easy experience so you can simply show up and enjoy the space.

Features include: • 36" professional-grade stainless steel grill (60,000 BTU natural gas) • High-powered side burner (60,000 BTU) • Electric smoker • Outdoor pizza oven • Refrigerator for food and beverage storage This upgrade is ideal for guests planning to cook, grill, or enjoy a more complete outdoor hosting experience. A security deposit is required for kitchen use. Guests are responsible for cleaning and returning the kitchen to its original condition after use.
