This heated, salt water pool has a large tanning ledge/wading area, flat shallow section with basketball hoops, a gentle slope down to an 8 foot deep end, and plenty of seats and benches, as well as a safety ledge all around. A raised patio wall houses 3 color changing LED waterfalls, which can be synced with the 5 LED pool lights. Plentiful space - beautiful stone patio pool surround, expansive concrete patio with plentiful seating in several different sections, and a brand new, raised composite deck overlooking the pool and patio. You'll enjoy the large backyard for yard games, and an awesome composite playground. The cherry on top: You'll have access to a brand new, air conditioned pool house with a bathroom/changing room, kitchen with bar stool seating, sink and full size refrigerator, TV, and lounge area.
