Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund. The owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items. The space is cleaned before each booking, including pool, patio, bar, seating areas, and restroom. High-touch surfaces are disinfected, trash is removed, and furniture is wiped down to ensure a clean, comfortable space ready for guests. There is no lifeguard on duty. All swimming is at your own risk. Guest Count & Entry Guest count will be monitored, as all bookings are based on the total number of attendees. Any additional guests beyond the confirmed number will be subject to additional charges. Wristbands are required for all guests while on the property.
