7' circular spa with varying seating depth. The spa is set to 103* upon request, please let us know if you want it lower and if you would like the bubbles on or off. The pool for mid/late April is ~75* and is sun-heated only. Spa will not be heated unless requested OR during reservations with temperatures over 95*

Heating

Pool is typically ~75* early May. If you would like this heated to 85*, please select this amenity for any booking with a minimum of 3 hours. Pool heating will not be available once the water temperature is consistently 80* or higher (June-September)

Firepit

Coming May 6th! Gather, relax, and connect around the Solo Stove Summit 27" Fire Pit—paired with a full surround and six Adirondack chairs for the perfect outdoor experience. This amenity comes includes the fire pit tools, lighter, and pre-stacked oak wood for ~2 hours burn time. This amenity is limited to bookings during sunset or later (~7:30pm+).

BBQ grill

Large 4-burner Blackstone Griddle + 1 propane tank, numerous cooking utensils, oil in squirt bottles, foil, cleaning utensil, and two prep shelves. Griddle surface must be cleaned by user before end of reservation.

Pool toys

Numerous dive sticks/rings/objects, boats, fish, floats, noodles, and tubes all conveniently located and ready to use in our pool deck box.
