We take pride in our home and ask that you treat this space with the same respect and care as your own. For parties, we encourage you to visit the property beforehand. To ensure a safe and premium experience for everyone, please note the following:
Two Hour Minimum Booking.
We highly recommend hiring a lifeguard for a kids' birthday pool party.
Access: Booking includes the entire outdoor area and access to one bathroom.
Safety First: A waiver must be signed by all guests before using amenities.
No Glass or Smoking: To keep our turf and pool safe, no glass is permitted. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
Catering: A Catering Permit fee applies if bringing professional caterers on-site. No personal cooking or appliance use is allowed.
Respect the Peace: No loud music.
Pool & Jacuzzi: No food or drinks in the pool or Jacuzzi
Pro-Tips: Bring your own towels!
Note: No dogs allowed. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged to the guest.
