Shaded Patio: Stay cool on the patio under permanent shade with three ceiling fans and a 6-seater round table and two comfy couches. ⚽ Game On! (Activity Heaven) Kid’s Kingdom: Full trampoline, climbing structure with a slide, sandpit, and swings! Pro-Turf Field: Soccer goals ready for action! Net Sports: Optional Volleyball or Badminton setup available upon request. Game Day Favorites: Ping Pong table, Darts, Giant Jenga, Frisbee Golf, and Cornhole. 📋 Important Booking Details & House Rules We take pride in our home and ask that you treat this space with the same respect and care as your own. To ensure a safe and premium experience for everyone, please note the following: Two Hour Minimum Booking. We highly recommend hiring a lifeguard for a kids' birthday pool party. Access: Booking includes the entire outdoor area and access to one bathroom. Property and amenities are available in 'as is' condition. Safety First: A waiver must be signed by all guests before using amenities. No Glass or Smoking: To keep our turf and pool safe, no glass is permitted. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Catering: A Catering Permit fee applies if bringing professional caterers on-site. Respect the Peace: No loud music. Pool & Jacuzzi: No food or drinks in the pool or Jacuzzi Pro-Tips: Bring your own towels! Note: No dogs allowed. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged to the guest.
