very large kidney shape swming pool, 65000 liters water, the deepest area is 1.8 meters, shalow area is 0,9 meters deep. bathroom in the sunroom for swimming pool, tables and chairs inside the sunroom , outside in the backyard. you can also enjoy free tennis court for practice without conflicts with court booking.

2. dry yourself before entering bathroom or out of the poo fence gate.
3. use it as a swmming pool, not a bathtub.
4. take all your belongings when you leave, the owner is not responsibel for storing and caring about the guest's stuff.
5. no food and drink inside the swimming pool, food and drink allowed outside of the pool fence
