Barn With Large Indoor Sand Play Area

Large barn filled with sand. Two indoor sand volleyball courts. Sand volleyballs are provided (no outside balls permitted) Open play/pickup and practice only. No for pay events or activities. Use will be supervised. No food or drinks in the sand area. No hitting the balls against the wall. No hanging on the net. Must rake sand after use (left the barn how you found it!) All players must sign a waiver before entering the sand area. Discount given if host is allowed to participate in volleyball activities. Renter is responsible for any damaged caused inside or outside the barn. You can also use this space for movie watching as the backwall has a large white wall (bring your own projector). Separate rental agreement must be signed indicating all use is in accordance with residential usage.
