Welcome to our backyard oasis! My wife and I, along with our two wonderful kids, have built the outdoor space we always dreamed of here in the New Berlin area. We feel incredibly blessed to enjoy it—and even more excited to share it with others. Our backyard features a spacious, amenity‑packed pool house designed for comfort and connection. An 8‑foot pass‑through window opens to its own dedicated outdoor bar top, perfect for hanging out and staying part of the action. In addition to that, we also have a separate 9' × 14' L‑shaped bar top attached to the covered pool‑house area, featuring a built‑in 38” Summerset grill for easy cooking and entertaining. A stunning 14‑foot glass folding door creates a seamless indoor–outdoor transition. Inside the pool house, you’ll find multiple ceiling fans, two under‑counter refrigerators, and one under‑counter freezer for all your refreshments. A spacious half bath inside the pool house adds comfort and convenience throughout your visit. Beyond the pool house, our backyard includes a fully covered dining area tucked beneath a 575‑square‑foot deck—providing shade, comfort, and plenty of room for meals or relaxing. All covered spaces, including the pool house exterior, are equipped with outdoor fans to keep things cool on warm Wisconsin days. The centerpiece of our space is our 24' × 48' custom pool, thoughtfully designed for both fun and relaxation.
