Enjoy the beauty of our private hot tub oasis, located right next to downtown Gruene and the Guadalupe River! Fantastic venue for family gatherings and small parties! Plenty of natural backyard space is yours to use for any outdoor activities. Grill and chill as the sun goes down next to the fire and enjoy this beautiful illuminated backyard. Flat top cooler is available to use for drink storage!

We usually have no issues with noise complaints. Unnecessary rowdiness or disrespectful behavior or destruction of property will result in being asked once to keep it to a respectable level, we hold the right to ask anyone who disobeys our rules to leave the property (usually not an issue).
