Welcome to The Ponderosa, a private pool and party-friendly space designed for relaxation, celebration and memorable gatherings. Whether you're hosting a birthday, family get-together or enjoying a casual pool day, our goal is to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable experience for all guests. Pool Details: Pool size: 36ft x 16ft Entry is located on the 4ft shallow end. Diving board is located on the deep end, which is 8.5ft (deepest point). (Please note: The main home is not included in the rental). Guest Information All guests will be issued a custom armband upon arrival corresponding to the number of guests booked. Only allocated guests are permitted on the property. No Exceptions! Parking is available in the property's driveway, which can accommodate approximately 6 vehicles. Free street parking is also available. Please be mindful not to block neighbors' driveways or access points at any time. Party Decor, Supplies & Rentals Guests may reach out to the hosts in advance for additional party decor requests, including balloons, party supplies and rentals. Pool & Safety Rules No lifeguard on duty – all children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Infants must wear swim diapers, and all non-swimmers must wear a swim vest or use a floatie. No glass is allowed in or near the pool. Please use paper or plastic cups. No food or drinks inside the pool. No glitter or confetti anywhere on the property (including inside balloons). Property Guidelines The fire pit area offers a peaceful, relaxing vibe — please do not remove fire pit contents or bring them into the pool area. Leave the property in the condition you found it. Book enough time for both setup and cleanup, as bookings are back-to-back with no grace period. All trash must be bagged and placed inside of the trash bin at the end of your booking unless the cleaning fee ($250) was added to your reservation.
