Hot Tub

Hot tube heating is available upon request and must be arranged in advance prior to the event or booking date. Same-day heating requests is possible only for the hot tub, it usually takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour to be fully heated.

Grill

The outdoor space includes a barbecue grill available for guest use. Guests must bring their own propane gas tank. Only standard propane tanks are allowed (no charcoal or alternative fuel sources). After use, the grill must be fully cleaned and returned to its original condition.

Wifi

Speakers

Property includes a built-in Bluetooth speaker. Connection details will be provided upon arrival. Music must be kept at a respectful level at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors. If volume becomes disruptive or exceeds permitted levels, speaker access may be disable.

Heated

Pool heating is available upon request and must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to the event or booking date. Same-day heating requests may not be possible, so it is recommended to confirm in advance.

Basketball Court

A half basketball court is available for recreational use. Guest must bring their own basketball as is not provided. No hanging, pulling, or sitting on the hoop or court fixtures. Any damage to the court surface or equipment will be subject to additional charges.
