Bring your smart stick or login and password to access your own TV programming or use our apps. We have two speakers in the pool building synced to the TV. Play music on the TV or sporting events to broadcast in the pool building.

Park up in front of the barn. The barn is to the left of the house.

Patio Area

Patio area is approximately 23' x 12'. Serving table. Blackstone griddle (available for extra fee). 2 - 6' tables with benches. (16 children or 12 adults.) 1 - table with 4 chairs. (4 people) Total seating 16 - 20 people. Each table will have a table runner. Several to choose from. 65" Smart TV.

Each table will have a table runner. We have 9 choices: Happy Birthday; Snowman; Country Guitar & Roses; Cross, Easter Bunny & Floral; Floral & Horse; Summer Beach Themed; Patriotic Farmhouse; Water Lilly & Lotus; and Nativity Scene. See pictures for table runner choices.

Patio Area Heaters

Fall & Winter: The patio area has 3 ceiling mounted hanging patio heaters. The pool building has 3 space heaters and one small electric fireplace heater. Cute ambience too. Spring & Summer: Three floor fans in pool building circulate the air. All windows around the pool open - nice breeze.
