About the pool
Features 12x24 pool, 16x30 covered patio, artificial turf area, additional grass area with Volleyball net, outdoor restroom and shower, Parking for up to 20 vehicles.
NO MINOR PARTIES - If having adults only party everyone needs to be +24 *no exceptions
For kids parties you can have up to 60 guest or more as long as there are no more than 20 vehicles- there is no street parking or nearby parking. -4 Hour minimum Friday-Sunday
-Holiday AND Rates are $75 HR - 4 hour minimum

** Large gatherings must remain within the backyard boundary to avoid disturbing neighbors - please do not hang out in street or front yard.
