Coolest Pool in the Neighborhood- Mineral System with Waterslide! Countryside 5 Acre Oasis 💦 Dayton

Located at the back of a beautiful 5 acre partially wooded and private lot, this large pool with water slide is fun for all ages! This pool was designed by us, with a 44’ length, in order to maximize standing space and minimize the space often occupied by an awkward slope. The deep end contains wide built-in benches in both corners, easily accommodating 2-3 people. These built in seats are great for taking a break in the deep end, make a great place for kids to retreat to (with supervision of course), and are a great place to sit and relax with friends. Balanced with a combination of minerals and chlorine, this pool is extremely gentle on skin and eyes. There are three large shade umbrellas near the pool, and multiple shady spots nearby. A creek runs through the property just behind the pool, and kids are welcome to explore this area as well. There is an option to grill on the propane Blackstone or enjoy s’mores at the fire pit. You are free to use the large yard space and there is a 53ft zip line, swing set and trampoline for the younger ones as well. There are multiple pool floats and Yard Yahtzee. Truly a little oasis! There is also the option to add the infamous 32 foot constant air Slip N Slide for even more fun! This is a very private and secluded setting, with no noise ordinance. Bring your friends and family and don't be afraid to have fun! We hope that you take full advantage of all of the fun that is to be had here! Pool temp is currently 86-88°. Not too chilly to plunge into yet still a great refreshing temperature on a hot day! To protect the integrity of the liner, and knowing that accidents can happen, we ask that NO GLASS be brought onto the premises. **It is required that the booking individual is fluent in the English language. This is the only way to safely convey rules and requirements that are necessary for a safe and pleasant experience for both parties. (Sadly, if I have to mention this, it means it was necessary)
