About the pool

Enjoy a refreshing day by the water in our spacious vinyl liner pool, available from May through October when the weather is just right. The pool is surrounded by comfortable seating, floating rafts, and plenty of fun pool toys for all ages to enjoy.

For convenience, we offer two outdoor bathrooms just steps from the pool. When it’s time to eat, you’ll love our grilling options — choose propane or charcoal, and we’re happy to help you get it started. You’ll also find an outdoor dining table for six, plus an additional table right on the dock for waterside meals.

Your rental includes kayak use and the chance to fish directly from our dock, making it more than just a swim — it’s a full waterfront experience. Whether you want to float, grill, kayak, or cast a line, our space is the perfect spot for families, friends, and small gatherings.

What makes it special

Grill

Choose propane or charcoal, and we’re happy to help you get it started. $15 fee for use of our propane or charcoal or you may bring your own.

Wifi

High-speed Wi-Fi available poolside — great for streaming music or video.

Shower

We provide two full outdoor bathrooms for your convenience. Each includes a shower, sink, and toilet, and they can also be used as private changing rooms. Shower and pool towels are available upon request.

Speakers

For your enjoyment, we provide a Bluetooth-enabled Monster speaker with exceptional outdoor sound quality. We kindly ask that music be kept at a reasonable volume to respect our neighbors, and that no music is played after 10:00 PM.

Pool Toys

We offer a variety of pool rafts and floaties, including child-sized life jackets for safety and a floating drink holder for added fun and relaxation.

Towels

Shower and pool towels are available upon request

Fishing

Guests are welcome to fish right off our dock. Depending on the season, you might reel in redfish or catfish — and if our traps are producing, even scoop up a few blue crabs.

Kayaks

We provide two heavy-duty fishing kayaks at no additional cost, available for your use during your pool reservation if you’d like to explore the water

If we invite you inside the home, please be sure you are dry before entering so the floors don’t become slippery. Swim attire is flexible — swimsuits, bra and underwear, or even skinny-dipping if you choose. Please note that our backyard pool area is visible to passing boats and nearby neighbors.
