Summerland - A Secret Resort Where Summer Never Ends

Private, enclosed pool area with separate entrance, bathroom and secret location. This feels more like your own private resort than renting a back yard. That means you can finally dance like no one is watching! The secret entrance means you can come and go as you please. The changing room / bathroom means you don't need to go into a strangers house or use the bathroom. And the enclosed area means no windows for creeps to stare at you. The pool is always kept clean and refreshing, with solar heating the pool temperature averages around 80 degrees which is very comfortable. There is many spaces to relax, we have a tanning area, an eating area, a bar area, a cooking area, and a lounge area. Hang out in every space or just stick to what feels good. We have games, BBQ, Coolers, Towels, Toys and lots of seating.
