About the pool
Large 16x37 in ground pool. 4 ft shallow end. 8 ft deep end. Diving board. Pool temp. is always in the 80's. Easy step in and out with large built in steps on shallow end and attached ladder on deep end. Large cement patio area with plenty of room for sunbathing or to sit and enjoy the sun. Charcoal grill available for use (upon request, additional fee added). We do not have lounge style chairs.

We don't mind music but keep in mind that these are our neighbors. If you bring alcohol or beverages of any kind, just make sure that they are in cans no glass around or in the pool. Children in diapers must have a pull up or similar quality. There is an ash tray on premises, cigarette butts are not to be thrown in the yard or smoked in the pool.
