The Pool Dive into our sparkling 44’ x 20’ saltwater pool, heated to a comfortable 83°. The 3-foot shallow end has plenty of room for pool basketball, while the 8-foot deep end features a diving board — see if you can sink a long three-pointer on your way down! Stream your playlist through our Bluetooth speaker while you float. Sun or Shade — Your Choice • Soak up the sun on 8 full-size lounge chairs, positioned perfectly for afternoon rays. • Cool off under our massive 50’ x 20’ pergola covering a 1,300 sq ft deck. Drop-down rear shades keep the evening sun at bay. Room for Everyone • Seating around the pool seat up to 40 guests. • A large U-shaped outdoor sofa on the deck seats 15, right in the middle of the action. • Poolside Weber grill available for grilling (add-on). Then cap off the night with a movie under the stars, easily seen and heard from the pool and deck (add-on). Movies and music must end by 10:00 pm per Farmington City noise ordinance.
