Welcome to my backyard oasis that is perfect for any occasion! A chill pool day, a little get together, or even a birthday party! Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty! Set on a spacious, well-maintained property, this outdoor retreat offers a perfect balance of recreation, relaxation, and family-friendly amenities. At its center is a large in-ground swimming pool designed for both leisure and active use, creating a private, resort-style atmosphere ideal for warm-weather enjoyment and entertaining guests. Surrounding the pool is a thoughtfully arranged lounging area that provides ample space for seating, sunbathing, and gathering with family and friends. A prominent firepit serves as a focal point for evening relaxation, offering a warm and inviting setting for conversation, s’mores, and year-round outdoor enjoyment. The backyard is further enhanced with dedicated spaces for children, including a playground designed for active play and a trampoline that adds an Other items included for use (some include a fee) are ; a propane grill ($20 flat fee), an outdoor cooler (must bring your own food, drinks, and ice) pool floats and rafts, corn hole boards ($10 flat fee) , pool toys which include the sinking rings and sticks that you dive for. A speaker for music ($10 flat fee) and 2 tanning lounge chairs. There’s also a basketball hoop outside of the fence in the driveway. If you want to come early to setup for a party, it’s $10 per hour that you come early. I have a portable restroom for guests to use when I’m not home. There is a little trash bag that goes in the “toilet” and a roll of toilet paper for use, please dispose of the little trash bag in the big black trash can located in the backyard next to the deck. Please make sure everyone knows how to swim or bring your own life jackets/ puddle jumpers for the younger children , etc. There is a large black trash can in the back yard, please be sure to clean up and dispose of anything using that.
