Small space is great for small groups to gather, cook, enjoy drinks and great conversation. I do have a large part on the yard that is fenced and can be used for cornhole etc. there is a Webber charcoal grill and well as a gas grill. Also I mini fridge in the bar. Please ask any questions you like or if you have any special requests. I will do my best to accommodate them.
