Designed for family fun, celebrations, and relaxing retreats! ✨ This backyard paradise is more than just a pool - it’s a true resort-style escape with a 61' heated main pool, exhilarating 51' theme-park water slide, expansive hot tub, stunning waterfall/rockscape backdrop view and an inviting full size grotto with a waterfall curtain for unique photo ops or a cool shade break. Soak up some sun and conversation on the tanning edge with your toes in the water, float and unwind to the tranquil sound of waterfalls or find your inner-child and twist and turn down the waterslide or take a leap off the grotto and fall 9 feet to plunge into the 9.5' deep end! Your time spent here can be as relaxing or adventurous as you wish.

For your convenience, fresh towels (one per guest), food essentials (plates, napkins, cups, utensils), a stocked non-alcoholic beverage fridge, ice ready to chill your beverages, and Corn Hole boards can all be provided and ready upon your arrival for a small additional cost. "Social" alcohol consumption is permitted however glass bottles outside the kitchen area are not so bring canned drinks or pour bottled beverages into a cup.

Hot Tub

Use of hot tub is included with booking. Hot tub temperature will be set at 95 degrees. Temperature can be increased by request in booking request for an additional $30 per booking. *95 is comfortably warm to relax and hang out for longer period of time. Anything higher becomes too hot after a short while.

There is a sound system throughout the yard. Upon request I can play your SiriusXM station of choice or you can bring your own Bluetooth speaker and play your own music. Please be courteous to the surrounding neighbors and keep volume at a respectable level.

Heated

Pool water will be set at approximately 82 degrees. Water temperature can be set to 86 degrees upon request with a 24 hour notice for an additional $50 per booking. Please mention in booking request.

Pool Toys

Miscellaneous floats will be available for use and you are welcome to bring your own floats/toys as well.

Towels

10 fresh towels can be provided for use during booked hours upon request when booking for an additional $50. flat (this is a paid convenience and 10 towels must remain on the property upon your departure).

Cornhole Boards and bags

One set of quality wood boards/bags will be set up and ready to use in the grass area of the yard and must remain in the grass. Please be sure all bags are accounted for prior to departure and the set is left as it was found.

Water and Non-alcoholic drinks

Upon request, an outdoor refrigerator will be stocked with bottled Poland Spring water and cans of Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Seltzer and Brisk Iced-tea. This will be available for use for the duration of your stay. Anything remaining must stay on premises. This is a convenience courtesy.
