About the pool

Our gorgeous 20 X 40 inground pool has something for everyone! It got fully renovated with stunning new blue tiles, coping and resurfacing. Plenty of sun but also a canopy for shade over a chat set. There's a glass table and chairs to sit and relax plus Adirondack and 2 new lounge chairs. We have some big Umbrellas and added some lights around the canopy and on the fence. SO pretty! I can provide additional tables either to eat around or to set up some food to share. I provide the tablecloths. I have several white plastic chairs to put out.

You can rent the yard for Graduation Parties before it's swimming weather if you like.

We have lots of new floats and we bought dive sticks this year plus beach balls, rafts and pool noodles.

We can also provide yard games like corn hole (I have two-flags and a brand new POOL set), Bloggo, paddle ball, frisbee and more. We invested in a giant Connect Four, Axe Throwing and a Giant Glow in the dark tic Tac toe game I strongly recommend adding the games the large groups really love them and it gives the kids something to do while food gets cooked.

We have a gas Webber grill and a fire pit. I also bought a standup water table and toys. I have a Birthday yard flag and can provide serving bowls and balloons.

Outdoor Yard Toys Corn Hole, Ladder Ball

Outdoor yard toys including Corn Hole, Ladder Ball, Paddle Ball, big balls, frisbee, hula hops and jump ropes. If you have a group I strongly recommend adding this. Everyone really enjoys them. I now have TWO Corn hole games-New "Pool" ones, and the American Flag. You can pick.

Grill

There is a Webber grill on the deck you are able to use, as well as additional seating and a table. There are some grill tools as well Note please do not toast marshmallows on this grill. I do offer a fire pit if you want to toast marshmallows.

Baby Pool Float See Picture

A yellow baby pool float it’s like new. Baby must still be attended at all times to but it’s really nice . Happy to put it out for you just let me know. The fee is because Swimply automatically includes every free amenity so I keep putting everything out. I finally figured it out!! :)

Toddler Poolside Toys

Toddler / baby poolside toys for play on the steps. A duck with three baby ducks, a frog and three baby frogs, a water can and pail. I just bought a kiddie pool as well. New Blue Kiddie Pool and Toys

I got a brand new blue kiddie pool and toys that can swim in there too! If you want it out just let me know, and if you want a little bit of water, a good amount or just empty with the toys. Thanks! The fee is because Swimply automatically includes every free amenity.

I set up the pool area just how you like and for the right amount of people. We start hours before your arrival cleaning everything to make it beautiful and enjoyable for you!
