Hello! Our gorgeous 20 X 40 inground pool got fully renovated with stunning new blue tiles, coping and resurfacing. Plenty of sun but also a Gazebo with mosquito netting for shade over a chat set. And a canopy over tables for food to share. There's a glass table and chairs to sit and relax plus 6 Adirondack chairs and 2 new lounge chairs. We have some big Umbrellas and added some lights around the canopy and on the fence. SO pretty! I can provide additional tables and tablecloths. I have several white plastic chairs.

Perfect for graduations, showers, birthday parties and family reunions. Fri-Sun Groups of 6 or more and a minimum of 3 hours.

We have lots of new floats and we bought dive sticks this year plus a floating basketball hoop, beach balls, rafts and pool noodles.

We can also provide yard games like corn hole, Bloggo ball, paddle ball, frisbee and more. We invested in a giant Connect Four, Giant Jenga, Axe and Star Throwing and a Glow in the dark tic Tac toe game. I strongly recommend adding the games the large groups really love them and it gives the kids something to do while food gets cooked. Noone just stays in the pool for hours the games are the biggest hits. I also invested in a big inflatable waterslide for ages 3-12. Everyone is LOVING it! Just give me notice if you want it.

We have a gas Webber grill and a fire pit. I also bought a standup water table and toys. I have a kiddie pool, kid's picnic table, playhouse that I made into a play "ice cream shop" and little slide.

I have a Birthday and Graduation yard flags and flag and can provide you with coolers with ice. Most people get the inflatable palm tree cooler with bags of ice and a case of water. I don't make anything on that because Swimply keeps a percentage of everything but I offer it as a convenience for you.

Towels

I can provide 10 pool towels if you would like to leave yours home! Leave the laundry to me! Or if the towels you brought get wet add this on during your stay and I can bring them out! I need to wash dry and roll them which takes time but happy to do it.

Outdoor Yard Toys Corn Hole, Ladder Ball

Outdoor yard toys including Corn Hole, Ladder Ball, Paddle Ball, big balls, frisbee, Please put bean bags on Corn Hole and toys in wagon at the end of your party If you have a group I strongly recommend adding this. Everyone really enjoys them. I now have TWO Corn hole games-New "Pool" ones, and the American Flag. You can pick.

Grill

There is a Webber grill on the deck plus propane included. You are able to use additional seating and a table on the deck. Grill tools included. Don't ask to move the grill. Propane prices keep going up we needed to raise the price. Note please do not toast marshmallows on this grill. I do offer a fire pit if you want to toast marshmallows.

Baby Pool Float See Picture

A yellow baby pool float brand new July 2026. Baby must still be attended at all times to but it’s really nice . Happy to put it out for you just let me know. The fee is because Swimply automatically includes every free amenity so I keep putting everything out. I finally figured it out!! :)

We would love to host you! We have a gorgeous pool and huge backyard. Weekends Fri-Sun at least 6 Guests and 3 Hour Minimum I set up and clean the pool area hours before you arrive. A few things: Book how many people you are bringing and update. We are required to count and I will. If you have more I will ask you to add. No glitter, confetti or silly string TELL your guests!
