Outdoor

Hello! Our Pool is closing but you can still rent our HUGE yard, fire pit, grill, outdoor games Just reach out we will make it work. Plus book your parties for next year! Bring your TV and watch the game, grill some hot dogs and burgers. We have camp chairs and offer a S'Moares kit!! I also rent the games off the property so please reach out that's very popular. Thank you to everyone (47 bookings!) who came this summer!! I would love to see you all back!

Our gorgeous 20 X 40 inground pool got fully renovated with stunning new blue tiles, coping and resurfacing. Plenty of sun but also a Gazebo with mosquito netting for shade over a chat set. And a canopy over tables for food to share. There's a glass table and chairs to sit and relax plus 6 Adirondack chairs and a lounge chair. We have some big Umbrellas and added some lights around the canopy and on the fence. I can provide additional tables and tablecloths. I have several white plastic chairs.

Perfect for graduations, showers, birthday parties and family reunions. Fri-Sun Groups of 6 or more and a minimum of 3 hours.

We have lots of new floats and we bought dive sticks this year plus a floating basketball hoop, beach balls, rafts and pool noodles.

We can also provide yard games like corn hole, Bloggo ball, paddle ball, frisbee and more. We invested in a giant Connect Four, Giant Jenga, Axe and Star Throwing and a Glow in the dark tic Tac toe game. I strongly recommend adding the games the large groups really love them and it gives the kids something to do while food gets cooked. Noone just stays in the pool for hours the games are the biggest hits. I also invested in a big inflatable waterslide for ages 3-12. Everyone is LOVING it! Just give me notice if you want it.

We have a gas Webber grill and a fire pit. I also bought a standup water table and toys. I have a kiddie pool, kid's picnic table, playhouse that I made into a play "ice cream shop" and little slide.

I have a Birthday and Graduation yard…

Baby Pool Float See Picture

A yellow baby pool float brand new July 2026. Baby must still be attended at all times to but it’s really nice . Happy to put it out for you just let me know. The fee is because Swimply automatically includes every free amenity so I keep putting everything out. I finally figured it out!! :)

Toddler Poolside Toys

Toddler / baby poolside toys for play on the steps. A duck with three baby ducks, a frog and three baby frogs, a water can and pail. I just bought a kiddie pool as well. The fee is because Swimply automatically includes every free amenity so I keep putting everything out. I finally figured it out!!

New Blue Kiddie Pool and Toys

Blue kiddie pool filled with water and toys to play with-perfect for the youngest guests. Do NOT Clean your utensils with rice in this at the end of your booking. FIVE groups have done this-then rice goes all over our patio when we dump the water and we have to pick up each piece. You would not do this at your own house or your Cousin's. Please be respectful of our home we try so hard to make it nice for you.

$20

S'More Kits Yum yum yum

I can provide sticks, Hershey bars, marshmallows and graham crackers to make your fun evening even better! You would toast these on the fire pit
