We have a huge body of water to swim in. It’s sage but there is a current. We have floaters and we have a small little floating vessel that acts as a kind of kiddy pool. All of these are tied to our deck.

Some third party vendors and music can be allowed. We do have neighbors and music is welcome but being courteous if other neighbors are out is appreciated. We are Floaitng on the water so life vests are required for young children. We have a special grey water system so nothing can go in the toilets other than human waste and toilet paper. Also- no oil or thick substances may go down the sink.
