Hot tub heating, covers the cost of gas to heat. $12/hr required to heat the spa. Spa is very large and seats 12 easily.

Trash Bags / Removal - 2 bags

You can leave 2 kitchen sized 13 gallon trash bags in my garbage and I will dispose of them. I will provide the bags for your group. All other trash must be taken with you.

Mini Fridge

Need a mini bar fridge to store food or drinks, skip hauling ice and book me! The outdoor mini fridge will be emptied for your use.

30 Minutes Setup Time

Need extra time to setup up before a group. Choose this amenity. It allows up to 4 people to come 30 minutes early to the property to setup, swimming is not permitted during this time.

Having a large party? Add on folding chairs for additional seating. I will provide up to 12 chairs for your party.

60 Minutes Setup Time

Want to set up your event, then choose this amenity to allow yourself 60 minutes before everyone arrives. This 60 minutes is for up to 6 people on the property, and no swimming is permitted.

Large 40” gas BBQ grill. Includes cooking utensils, hot pads, aluminum trays, serving tray, and thermometer. 🌡️

Pop Up 10 x 10 Canopy (1)

If you would like more shade, we will set up a 10 x 10 pop-up. Want another pop-up, just ask - I have plenty. Consider adding tables and chairs, let me do the work for your event.
