20-45 ft pool in quiet cul-de-sac. Basketball court with lots of green space. Covered patio with outdoor kitchen. Views of mountains in background. Lawn games and movies screen available. Grill and Blackstone with private hottub. No outdoor bathroom. Resident bathroom can be available for emergencies.

Pick up and put away pool toys. Clean up garbage. No outdoor bathroom so please use one before coming. Small children need a swim diaper and guests with long hair need to use a hair tie. If renting the projector, we have a policy of no rated R movies or anything inappropriate (sexual or language). Also, we have young children who may be home during your rental, so please keep swimwear sensible.
