About the pool

4 foot above ground rectangular (24x12) pool with sunny surround deck. Clean, refreshing, in a large, private back yard. Limited to 10 guests. Great for kids. Use of Homeowner's bathroom is permitted. Plenty of on-street parking. Quiet neighborhood with great streets for pre or post-swim bike ride or walk.

Table, chairs, umbrella, pool volleyball available with listing. Outdoor gas grill and cooler are available for an additional fee.

Alcohol and music are allowed - in moderation.
