About the pool

Step into a backyard oasis and relax with friends and family! Heated chlorine pool and hot-tub combo with plenty of room to sit, swim and float! Outdoor table with 6 chairs and umbrella table for shade, 2 poolside lounge chairs as well as a loveseat and additional seating under the patio for shade. Enjoy the ☀️ in the Sun City!

No glass outside. No food in the pool. Smoking ok with proper disposal- no marijuana. Children must be supervised at all times, potty trained or in swim diapers. No vulgar language/music. Please be respectful of our space and our neighbors. Towel off before using restroom. Make use of provided trash cans and recycle bin.
