Welcome to our private backyard oasis in the beautiful Broadview neighborhood of north Seattle—a peaceful retreat that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle. The yard is surrounded by 20 ft laurels and fully fenced to offer ultimate privacy. The pool is heated to a comfortable 80°F and offers easy entry via stairs, ladder, or diving board. It ranges from 4 to 10 feet deep and includes an attached warm soaking tub. Floats and pool noodles are available for guest use. The upper patio features a relaxing covered lounge area—perfect for sunny summer days or classic PNW weather. You’ll find lounge seating, swinging chairs, a patio table and plenty of additional seating for everyone to get comfortable. For convenience, a clean portable restroom with a hand‑washing station and changing area is provided on site.
