This space is ideal for relaxing pool days, family-friendly birthdays, and casual get-togethers. 🏖️ What’s Included: * Clean, refreshing pool * Shaded gazebo with a table & 8 chairs * Outdoor shower and toilet * 1 reserved parking spot + ample free street parking * Maximum 25 guests 🕒 Available: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM 📍 Located in a quiet residential area — please keep noise to a respectful level ✅ Hookah allowed on the gazebo table, not near the pool 🚫 No pets allowed ⚠️ No glassware near the pool  Whether you’re soaking up the sun or celebrating a special moment, this peaceful backyard oasis is ready for your next gathering!

Please note: There’s a tenant in the basement, he may walk towards his car parked in the back. You may see him.

Please use only the reserved parking spot and public street parking. Do not block neighbors’ driveways.
