Welcome to the Porch & Plunge! Swim, lounge, and celebrate in this private outdoor backyard oasis (note, no indoor access. A camping toilet in a tent is available for restroom & an outdoor shower for hand washing ) Features: • A luxurious pool • A large hot tub • A screened-in porch with dining for 10, outdoor TV, and plenty of room to relax • An outdoor shower • Gas Grill available for extra fee • Pool toys, noodles, infant float, volleyball and basketball nets **Bathroom is outdoor portable toilet in tent, no indoor bathroom** Perfect for floating peacefully, hosting brunch, grilling out, swimming laps! Note: Confetti is not allowed. ⸻ 🚗 Arrival & Parking When you arrive, please park in the driveway only — up to 3 vehicles maximum, regardless of group size. No street or lawn parking is allowed. Just head to the pool when you get here through the grass or screened porch. We typically will not be available to greet but will be available through messaging. To protect your time and ours, we cannot offer free extensions for late arrivals — please plan accordingly! ⸻ 📋 House Rules & Safety Guidelines • Must be 21+ to book • All guests must be listed in the reservation • No more than 3 vehicles total on the property • Arrive and exit on time — late stays may incur additional charges • Used towels: Place on the light gray chair on the porch when you’re done • Furniture: feel free to reposition how you’d like and ask us if you need help. There are wheels on the black chairs. Fold up the gray chairs to move and lock in place once set back up. • No glass near the pool or hot tub • Children not fully potty-trained must wear swim diapers • No diving, or rough play • Floaties/life vests required for non-swimmers • Dry off before entering the porch or indoor areas to prevent slips • Only soft/inflatable pool toys — no hard or sharp items • Watch your step around the porch and deck area • Dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis • Please do not enter the home
