You will have access to everything in back yard pool is 5ft I have life vest also basketball court grill bathroom is a portapotty with a sink tables and chairs to accommodate 25-30 ppl also have some pool tools water guns and some out door table games pool table and ping pong table large connect 4 and you can also bring your own if have any questions about days times and pricing for something not listed message me for better pricing
