About the pool

This private oasis is nestled in the hilltops of the Lomas Verdes Estates on a two-level, acre+ estate in beautiful Poway. Whether it’s a birthday party, bbq, luncheon or even a wedding venue this home provides a perfect sunset view pool deck with plenty of tables/chairs and a large, flat lower-level perfect for hosting your next big event. Large parties and special occasion pricing is negotiable. 2hr minimum after 10 on weekends (f-sun) *All guests must sign a waiver upon entering property that releases my liability.
