Must be 18+ or older. If guests are under the age of 17, they must be accompanied by an adult. Fire Pit: Fire must be put out upon leaving venue. Grill: Propane must be shut off upon leaving venue. Do not at anytime mess with the Dolphin, Pool Pump or Water Pump/Hose. Music is allowed, but needs to be at a respectful level and not blasting. No Glass is allowed on property.
