This is the largest pool on Swimply in Midland at over twice the size as most listings. SR Smith water slide and diving board. Conveniently located in Midland Trinity. Covered patio attached to main residence has new patio table and chairs, chaise lounges, and 72” flat screen TV. New 34’x15’ covered patio with full bathroom and outdoor kitchen that is looking down on the pool. Grill on the Blackstone, Weber Gas grill, wood BBQ pit / smoker, or fire ring. Ok to bring additional tables and chairs and decorate. No glass bottles please. We must keep noise level down and no loud music as per Midland City Ordinance. Must park on our private property as per City of Midland, we have room for 8 vehicles. Cannot sublease or sell tickets to our venue for any event.
