About the pool
This is a beautiful 3ft-6 1/2ft deep, FULL SIZED saltwater pool. It has seating aligned all around the internal walls, providing comfort during your swim. There are two stairs located on the shallow(3ft) side and one on the deep(6ft) end. There is a "lounge" seat made for two or one person to recline. The pool is equipped with internal remote controlled and solor powered floating multicolored lights for added ambiance during evening or night swims. Also, an activity net for water sports. Access to the pool is enclosed behind a surrounding privacy fence.
A gazebo is located adjacent to the pool, providing additional seating and shade. There is a propane grill and bluetooth speakers offered upon request. Utilization for all items is available at an additional cost and MUST BE AUTHORIZED BEFORE USAGE.

All persons must complete a waiver before entertaining the premises.
