Plenty of street parking for other guests. - No Smoking or Vaping Allowed on the Property - The back of my house has blackout curtains to give you full privacy for your rental time, but be aware that our extremely adorable cat, Ruby, will be carefully watching your party from her cat bed behind the window. She is a favorite of guests young and old alike! Two covered gazebos make this a great property rain or shine. If it's a hot day, there's plenty of shade and ceiling fans for those who don't want to be out in the sun. If you have guests who use a wheelchair or use a walker, they can get from the parking area to the pool area with no stairs. There is a covered gazebo on the pool deck, so it's a great place for them to relax and enjoy the party! The hot tub is covered under a metal roof so you can enjoy the shade or it's it's rainy, listen to the rain as you relax in the tub! The two double hammocks are also covered and super relaxing when it's raining. My FAVORITE spot in the backyard! The salt water hot tub and firepit make this an excellent FALL/WINTER destination.
