About the pool
Our backyard, especially the pool has been a great source of entertainment for our family and guest for many years. We have ample seating, which includes, paver seating for about 10 guests around the fire pit; umbrella seating with table and 4 chairs; wooden coffee table with bench for 2 guests and 2 wooden chairs; and at additional cost we have 31 folding chairs (please state in inquiry if interested). A lot of lighting available.
All equipment, including the pool liner has been replaced within the last 5 years. Our pool is regularly cleaned and maintained. Shocking is performed after heavy rain and increased usage. In the event heavy rain occurs a day prior, additional time may be needed by host for cleaning, chemical balancing and preparation of pool.

There is a camera surveilling the back and front yard.
There will not be a lifeguard and/or attendant on the premises, therefore all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with swimming and utilizing the in-ground pool and premises.
All guest are expected to know how to swim and/or tread water. The shallow end is 3 ft deep. The deep end is 8ft deep. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS PERMITTED. ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING AROUND THE POOL.
