Solar panels on roof heat pool. I keep it at 78 to 83 degrees. If the sun is shining and it's not too late in the fall, then pool should be warm.

Pool Toys

We have floats and dive rings. Water sport balls to throw. Squirt guns to soak your mom and dad, then your brother and sister. Mask and fins, etc. There is a buoy rope to separate the shallow/deep end so the babies can't go far (Adult will have to clip the buoy rope on).

Two Weber charcoal grills. Small and large. I supply charcoal, lighter fluid and grilling tools. $20 bucks.

Always some firewood here but please bring a few sticks if you have them. I'm charging $15 for the inevitable cleanup.

Please use common sense and BE SAFE. No glass near pool, no running, no jumping off retaining wall or patio roof! Stay in backyard. Hanging out on the street is not good (large groups). Found items are left on table by front door. Valuable items secured and you will be notified. Thank you....
